Our Leadership Program
Each D&I journey is unique, so we first take the time to understand journey and we pick together the right path to succeed with your leaders. From empowering women, practicing situational bias, enhancing your corporate culture to better equip your leaders to foster a more inclusive working environment.
This is a situational program based on the main 5 unconscious bias (maternal, attribution, affinity, performance, likeability).

It is a fully tailor-made leadership journey supported by our partner, the PIMAN Development Center (consultancy, training and coaching)
